Cooking Instructions:
1. Defrost the whole pack in fridge (0-4oC) before cook
2. Make sure it is fully defrosted (soft to touch at centre)
3. Before cooking, prepare boiling water enough to cover the whole pack (the WeCook vacuum pack)
4. Place unopened whole pack into hot water for 10 mins, please ensure the whole pack is fully submerged in hot water (Remark: do not reheat pack directly with fire)
5. Unpack the steak, add olive oil to the red hot pan. Pan fry for approx. 2-3 mins on each side before serving
6. If cook by oven,preheat oven to 180oC and place it on a wire rack tray and cook for 10-15 mins.
7. Rest steak for 3 mins before serving
