PatagonianToothfish is a bottom dwelling species that inhabit depths of 300-2000m inareas of submarine banks and on continental shelves surrounding islands.Toothfish are named for their sharp teeth on their upper jaw.

Fishare caught, headed & gutted then blast frozen on board at sea. Then it process the frozen trunks into cutlets using a band saw. 

Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certification has been granted to the Falklands Islands Toothfish longline fishery by Consolidated Fisheries Ltd. (CFL). The fishery is the first in the Falkland Islands to be certified and reflects the high standards of fisheries management and environmental measures practised within the Islands. The company is a founding member of the Coalition of Legal Toothfish Operators (COLTO) and funds many scientific research projects into toothfish within the Islands. 

This fish are rich in Omega 3, which can be easily treated with pan fire or steam without much needs in marination. It tastes naturally better!!
