This selection is the exceptional thick cut of free range bone-in pork rack that gives rich natural flavors and is less easy dried-out in the cooking. This 100% Australian, Hormone & Antibiotic free Pork signatures Australia's way of farming. This rack is great for a pan fry or baked dinner. It goes well with apple sauce, mint jelly or mint sauce.

6-2-2 Pan Frying Method (Tailored for this type of cut)

Good for a 2cm thick steak (try the sirloin,scotch fillet, porterhouse or medallion).

Pre-heat a pan, griddle pan or BBQ plate.

Cook the steak on one side for six minutes (6mins) , without turning.

Turn it over once and allow it to cook for two more minutes (2mins). Thismethod will cook the steak to just white. If you prefer a little bit of pinkjust reduce the cooking time.

Take the steak out of the pan without turning over and place on aplate to rest for two minutes (2mins). Resting the steak allows the juices to settle,delivering a juicy, tender result.
