General Information
This site will try its best to provide the latest information and price of the goods, as well as the availability of stock, and reserves the right to change the price of the goods without prior notice. If any goods are not available due to out of stock, this site reserves the right to refuse to accept the order. If we can not provide any products or services on your order, we will notify you by phone or email.

Purchase can be made 24 hours a day via our e-platform with any of your desktop computers or mobile devise. We serves all customers in Hong Kong. However, delivery service charges may or may not be applied as per preset purchase conditions. There will be a delivery schedule under certain time ranges to refer to and stated in below for detail reference.
For important events or parties, WeCook team recommend that order should be placed via our online system at least 48 hours in advance.
Customers can register and log in as WeCook customers. This will only enable us to serve you better and faster. All personal information which only include email, contact number and delivery address will only be used by our delivery crews in fulfilling your purchase orders or by our marketing team in sharing our promotional materials so as to let WeCook well cater your current or future needs. WeCook is not in a position to capture any payment related customers information in this e-channel. WeCook's Privacy Policy can be referred to and comply to the requirements of Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (the Ordinance).
All goods are valued in Hong Kong Dollars and subjected to the price indicated on check out box. After the customer has successfully placed the order, he / she must pay the funds by PayPal, VISA or MasterCard at the time of ordering the goods, and the bank or third party trader will not be responsible for any errors in the processing of credit card transactions responsibility. According to the WeCook privacy policy, this website will not be able to obtain any information related to customer payment.
Delivery Days, Hours and Charges
WeCook delivers 7 days a week Monday to Sunday.
Delivery charges are based on the below basket size and delivery zones.
Single order equal to $600 or above : Free delivery will be arranged
Single order below $600 : Delivery charges of $50 will be charged during check out
Exception of Delivery
We are unable to deliver if the delivery address is located in prohibited areas which delivery trucks cannot be accessed. We are also unable to deliver in event of typhoon signal no.8 or above and black rainstorm warming. Under the above circumstances, rearrangement of delivery will be needed with surcharge at customer's cost. Customer representatives will contact respective customers for further details via follow-up calls.

Hong Kong Island & Kowloon & New Territories : Order made before 21:30pm will be delivered the next day (arrive before 18:30 pm)
